Weekly Book Competition

1. By entering this competition, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions of this competition. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

2. This competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over who is a resident of the UK or the Republic of Ireland, except for the directors and employees of Avisberry Ltd and any other company connected with the competition.

3. Five winners will be selected at random from the entries received each week and will be informed by email the following week. The competition closes at midnight each Friday and will run every week until further notice.

4. To enter the competition you must complete the Entry Form AND follow @nevermindbotox on Twitter (new followers) or retweet a tweet from @nevermindbotox (existing followers).

5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or reliablility of Twitter and responsibility will not be accepted for lost entries, whether due to system error or otherwise. Only one entry per person and a maximum of two per household will be permitted and the Promoter reserves the right to disallow multiple entries which it reasonably believes have been sent by the same individual or by a third party.

6. By entering this competition you agree to receive emails from the Promoter about their books. These emails will include the option to Opt Out, should you prefer not to receive these emails and your details will be removed from the mailing list. Your personal details will not be passed on to any other third parties. Telephone numbers will only be used to contact the winner of the competition. They will not be used for any other purpose or passed to any third parties.

7. The prize is a copy of one of the books in the Never Mind the Botox series. No cash alternative will be offered.

8. Events may occur which render the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, who may in its absolute discretion vary, amend or suspend the competition with or without notice.

9. The winner agrees to the Promoter's use of their name and town of residence to announce the winner on www.avisberry.com and other promotional material.

10. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the competition.

11. The winner's names will be available upon the receipt of a stamped addressed envelope to the address noted below.
